Their team's lawyers work on the full spectrum of corporate transactions, right from strategic planning, through due diligence, and to post-closing integration, and spanning M&A, private equity, venture capital and ECM mandates. With offices across the region and the globe, they can offer a seamless and fully integrated solution to their clients. The successful candidate will have the chance to fully develop their expertise in a team that has far-reaching experience in advising global, national and emerging companies. Maximising on the firm's international presence and local expertise, you will connect with colleagues throughout the firm internationally and work on a broad range of high-level deals in a wide variety of sectors. You'll also play a key role in maintaining client relationships, contributing to business development and thought leadership, whilst raising your own profile in the market and supporting the continued growth of the practice.
