Core Banking Administration

• Administer and support Temenos Transact (T24) environments across DEV, UAT, PRD, and DR. • Manage platform availability, performance, reliability, and operational stability. • Perform configuration, tuning, troubleshooting, and administration of TAFJ and/or TAFC runtime environments . • Support T24 Web Layer, middleware integrations, and interfacing applications. • Handle user security administration, patch deployment, and access controls . • Manage COB/EOD batch operations and ensure business continuity. • Monitor infrastructure capacity and conduct proactive performance optimization. • Lead incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis . • Implement and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR), backup, RPO, and RTO controls . • Support change management and deployment activities across environments. • Ensure compliance with SLA, MTTR, audit, security, and regulatory standards . • Develop and maintain SOPs, operational documentation, and governance processes. • Strong hands-on experience in Temenos Transact (T24) Administration • Expertise in TAFJ / TAFC architecture • Strong IBM AIX / UNIX Administration • Experience with IBM MQ and middleware integration • T24 Web Layer administration and troubleshooting • Database administration exposure (Oracle / MS SQL Server) • Performance tuning and capacity planning • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning • ITIL practices and IT Service Management • Production support for 24×7 mission-critical environments • Analytical thinking and problem-solving • Communication and stakeholder management • Collaboration and relationship building • Change and innovation mindset • Results orientation • Ability to perform under pressure Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Applications • Masters Degree (Good to have) Requirement: • Minimum 10+ years of IT experience • Minimum 5+ years in Core Banking Administration within Banking/Financial Services • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise systems • Exposure to multiple databases and distributed environments • Experience managing high-availability production environments
