Contracts Manager

• Administer and manage main contracts, subcontracts, consultancy, and supplier agreements. • Handle claims, variations, change orders, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions. • Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks. • Support procurement and commercial teams during subcontract negotiations. • Manage contractual disputes and coordinate with legal advisors when required. • Provide contractual guidance to project teams and senior management. • Ensure protection of the company's commercial interests throughout the project lifecycle. • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Law, or a related field. • 15–20 years of experience in Contracts/Commercial Management within leading UAE/GCC building contracting companies. • Strong experience in managing claims, variations, EOTs, and dispute resolution. • Proven track record on high-rise buildings, villas, hospitals, and large-scale building projects. • In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices. • Professional certifications such as MRICS, MCIArb, or equivalent will be an advantage.
