Company overview: Pentabell is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager, for one of its clients. This position involves managing contracts within major infrastructure projects and ensuring compliance with FIDIC standards. Position: Contracts Manager Summary: Manage contracts in major infrastructure projects, particularly PPP, concession-based, or utility infrastructure projects. Experience with FIDIC contracts and claims management is essential. Responsibilities: Minimum 12 years of contract management experience within major infrastructure projects. Minimum 5 years of experience in PPP, concession-based, or utility infrastructure projects. Strong experience with FIDIC contracts and claims management. Experience executing one Large Infrastructure Project as Contracts Manager in the Middle East. Executed Value > 1 Billion USD. Experience gained on major infrastructure, either with EPC or Developer side. Requirements: Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field Minimum 12 years of contract management experience within major infrastructure projects. Strong experience with FIDIC contracts and claims management Experience executing one Large Infrastructure Project as Contracts Manager in the Middle East. Executed Value > 1 Billion USD. Experience gained on major infrastructure, either with EPC or Developer side.
