Contract Administrator - Facilities Management

What You'll Drive • Effective administration and management of the main contract and major subcontract packages. • Timely preparation and management of contractual correspondence, notices, and documentation. • Contractual compliance across all service delivery activities. • Identification and mitigation of contractual risks and potential disputes. • Preparation and support of claims, variations, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions. • Strong collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. • Continuous improvement of contract administration processes and subcontract documentation. • Provision of contractual guidance and support to project, operational, and commercial teams. Qualifications You're a Great Fit If You Have • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, quantity surveying, engineering, procurement, facilities management, or a similar field. • Experience managing service contracts, subcontract agreements, and contractual correspondence. • Strong knowledge of claims management, variations, dispute resolution, and contract compliance. • Familiarity with standard forms of contract and commercial management principles. • Professional accreditation such as MRICS, MCIArb, or equivalent is an advantage. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. • Proficiency in contract management systems and document control processes.
