Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK & European-trained Consultant Paediatrician to a private family in Riyadh, providing continuity paediatric care for the children of the family from a private clinical suite within the residence. This is a Live-In appointment carrying clinical leadership of the family s paediatric care, for a small number of children who will come to know their physician well.
The Mandate • Continuity general paediatric care for the children of the family: developmental surveillance, immunisation governance and the management of acute presentations within the residence.
• Clinical lead for the family s paediatric and neonatal nurses protocols, escalation pathways and medication governance.
• Clinical coordination of visiting paediatric sub-specialists, diagnostics and any hospital episode, so that the children s medicine is joined up rather than episodic.
• Absolute discretion under NDA.
Requirements • CCT in Paediatrics, or an equivalent European specialist certification (Facharzt f r Kinder- und Jugendmedizin or the equivalent European fellowship).
• Minimum seven years post-certification consultant-grade practice, including substantive general and acute paediatrics.
• UK & European training.
• Demonstrated discretion in confidential household environments, under strict NDA.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
• Live-in and single-status: you relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
Package • £240,000 per annum gross , with accommodation and travel included.
• The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
• Private accommodation within the residence.
• Annual leave with flights home.
Scope of Engagement Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family s own office and advisers.
