Consultant Neurosurgeon

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a full time Consultant Neurosurgeon for their client, a multispecialty hospital in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for physicians with recognised specialist qualifications in Neurosurgery and experience in the surgical management of brain tumours, spinal tumours, complex spinal disorders, intracranial haemorrhage, hydrocephalus and traumatic brain and spinal injuries within a multidisciplinary hospital setting. Candidates should have experience in microsurgical techniques, operative planning, perioperative management and the assessment of neurosurgical emergencies. Responsibilities will include providing elective and emergency neurosurgical care, monitoring postoperative recovery, participating in multidisciplinary case discussions and coordinating treatment with neurology, oncology, neuroradiology, intensive care and rehabilitation teams.
