Construction Manager

Job purpose: Manage construction operations to achieve project milestones while maintaining quality, safety, cost and productivity targets. Key responsibilities • Lead site execution teams, engineers, supervisors and subcontractors. • Develop construction programmes, resource plans and recovery strategies. • Monitor progress, productivity, costs and subcontractor performance. • Coordinate civil, structural, architectural and MEP activities. • Resolve site constraints and escalate critical technical or commercial risks. • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications and HSE procedures. • Report project progress, risks and resource requirements to senior management. • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline. • 15–18+ years of construction experience with substantial site leadership exposure. • Strong planning, coordination, contract administration and team management skills. • Proven UAE/GCC construction experience.
