Construction Manager

An established construction company in Dubai, specializing in bespoke luxury villas, mansions and premium residential projects, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead site execution and deliver exceptional standards of workmanship. • Manage day-to-day construction activities from mobilization through completion and handover, reporting to the Project Manager. • Deliver works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, programme, budgets and quality requirements. • Lead site engineers, supervisors, foremen and subcontractors, ensuring effective manpower deployment, productivity and site discipline. • Coordinate civil, structural, MEP, fit-out, joinery and specialist works to ensure correct sequencing and timely completion. • Work closely with Engineering, Procurement and Planning teams to secure timely drawings, materials, resources and work-front availability. • Maintain stringent quality standards, particularly for premium finishes, detailing and protection of completed works. • Enforce HSE requirements, coordinate inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects and non-conformances. • Identify delays, execution risks and resource constraints; implement recovery measures in coordination with the Project Manager. • Monitor resource utilization, material wastage and rework to support effective cost control. • Provide accurate progress reports covering manpower, subcontractor performance, procurement constraints, quality, risks and decisions required. • Coordinate snagging, completion inspections and handover readiness with the relevant project teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline. • Minimum 10 years of construction experience with Tier A or leading main contracting companies, including proven responsibility for site execution and team supervision. • Strong experience in high-end residential construction; luxury villas, mansions and premium hospitality projects are particularly relevant. • Demonstrated expertise in premium finishing, attention to architectural details and delivery of demanding quality standards. • Strong understanding of UAE construction practices, authority requirements, quality procedures and site safety standards. • Proven ability to coordinate civil, structural, MEP and fit-out activities through to completion and handover. • Capable of managing substantial site teams and subcontractors, controlling productivity and resolving execution challenges. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and programmes, with proficiency in construction management tools and Microsoft Office. • Strong leadership, planning, communication and reporting skills, with a proactive approach to escalation and problem-solving. • High standards of ownership, accountability, professional discretion and confidentiality when working on private residential projects.
