Compound Help Desk and Administrative Support

• Receive residents’ questions, service requests, and complaints. Record the villa, location, date, contact details, and a clear description of each case. • Enter and update requests in the Maintenance Log or approved system, using consistent location names and accurate status information. • Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other teams; arrange access or appointments when needed and follow up until completion is confirmed. • Keep residents informed of progress and escalate urgent, repeated, or overdue issues to the Compound Manager. • Support the daily compound office and staff coordination, including tracking assigned actions and maintaining employee documentation as directed. • Maintain resident records, service documents, correspondence, and filing in an orderly and confidential manner. • Prepare simple daily or weekly reports on requests received, work completed, open cases, repeat issues, and pending actions. • Clear and respectful communication with residents and staff, with good written and spoken English. • Arabic language skills are an advantage. • Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, email, data entry, and basic reporting. • Organized, accurate, and able to follow up on several requests without losing track of details. • Experience in a residential compound, property office, help desk, or administrative support is preferred.
