The role involves assisting with outreach programs, coordinating activities, communicating with participants, and handling related administrative tasks. Responsibilities * Assist in planning and organizing community outreach programs and activities. * Communicate with community members, organizations, and local partners. * Support community events, workshops, meetings, and promotional activities. * Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information to participants. * Help distribute outreach materials and program information. * Maintain records of community contacts, activities, and participation. * Coordinate schedules, venues, materials, and other event requirements. * Follow up with participants and community partners when necessary. * Collect feedback and report community concerns to the appropriate team. * Prepare basic activity reports and documentation. * Help develop and maintain positive relationships with community partners. * Provide general administrative support to the outreach team.
