Senior Platform Community Director

**Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Senior Platform Community Director to lead the growth, engagement, and management of our online platform community. The ideal candidate will develop community strategies, foster user engagement, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive initiatives that enhance user experience and platform growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute community growth and engagement strategies. * Lead community programs, events, and user engagement initiatives. * Build and maintain relationships with users, partners, and key stakeholders. * Monitor community feedback and collaborate with product and support teams to improve user experience. * Establish community guidelines and ensure a safe, inclusive environment. * Analyze community metrics and prepare performance reports. * Manage and mentor community management teams. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of online community platforms, social media, and customer engagement strategies. * Experience leading cross\-functional teams and community growth initiatives. * Excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and analytical skills. * Ability to build strong communities and drive user engagement in a fast\-paced environment.
