Commis Chef & Chef de Partie (CDP) Khaleeji Cuisine

**Job Summary:** We are hiring experienced **Commis Chefs and Chef de Partie (CDP)** with strong knowledge of **Khaleeji and Arabic cuisine**, particularly rice\-based dishes. Candidates should be experienced in preparing dishes such as **Kabsa, Machboos, Mandi, Mathqoot, Bukhari rice**, and other traditional Gulf dishes. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie (CDP). * Strong experience in **Khaleeji/Gulf cuisine and rice dishes**. * Good knowledge of rice preparation, meat, fish and chicken cooking, spices, and traditional cooking methods. * Experience in a **central kitchen, or busy restaurant** is preferred. * Ability to maintain consistent taste, quality, and portion standards. * Good understanding of food safety and hygiene. * Able to work efficiently in a fast\-paced kitchen environment. * Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
