We are looking for a motivated and dedicated **Commis Chef** to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will assist the chefs in food preparation, maintain hygiene and food safety standards, and support smooth daily kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities * Assist chefs with daily food preparation and cooking activities. * Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meat, poultry, seafood, sauces, and other food items. * Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas. * Follow company food safety and HACCP procedures. * Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items. * Monitor food quality, freshness, and expiry dates. * Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies when required. * Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently. * Support the kitchen team during busy service periods. * Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and instructions from the Chef/Supervisor. Requirements * Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar kitchen position is preferred. * Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations. * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced restaurant environment. * Good teamwork and communication skills. * Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethics. * Staff accommodation and transportation will be provided by the company **Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with their updated CV.** Pay: QAR1,700\.00 \- QAR2,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
