The role involves more than just answering marketing calls; it focuses on proactive marketing, building relationships with key players and companies, and closing major leasing deals. Responsibilities Full knowledge of local rental laws and regulations governing the relationship between landlord and tenant Sales persuasion skills: The ability to highlight the strengths of the property and close deals. Using CRM and statistical software for market analysis. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. • At least 5 to 8 years in the field of commercial leasing or real estate business development. Proven experience in dealing with major shopping centers, office towers, or luxury residential buildings. Required Skills Proficiency in using property management systems and professional handling of messaging and email applications. Tactful communication skills: The ability to build good professional relationships with different categories of tenants. Advanced courses in Commercial Property Management or negotiation and closing skills for major deals.
