• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulations, including lockout/tagout procedures and chemical handling guidelines.
• Respond promptly to emergency equipment breakdowns, providing swift and effective solutions to restore operations.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies, ordering replacements as needed to ensure availability for timely repairs.
• Collaborate with laundry staff to understand equipment performance issues and provide training on basic operational care.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical or electrical systems is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing commercial laundry equipment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical control systems, motors, and plumbing components.
