Commercial & Contracts Specialist Manager

Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Contracts, you will manage pre- and post-award contract activities, mitigate commercial risks, support business growth, and ensure contractual compliance across major projects. Key Responsibilities • Lead contract reviews, negotiations, and risk assessments. • Support bids, tenders, proposals, and commercial submissions. • Draft and manage NDAs, LOIs, subcontracts, JV and consortium agreements. • Administer contracts, variations, EOTs, claims, and dispute matters. • Maintain contract records, guarantees, insurances, and correspondence. • Provide commercial and contractual guidance to project teams. • Support payment recovery, project close-out, and final accounts. • Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and contractual obligations. • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Project Delivery teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Law, or related field. 8+ years' experience in contracts/commercial management. Strong pre- and post-award experience within construction, infrastructure, EPC, or industrial projects. Knowledge of UAE construction law and regulatory frameworks. Expertise in FIDIC, NEC, JCT, and bespoke contracts. Experience in claims management, dispute resolution, and contract negotiations. RICS, CIArb, or equivalent accreditation preferred. Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English communication skills.
