Collections Officer

**Job Title:** Collections Officer **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Salary:** AED 3,000 – 3,500/month **Job Description** We are looking for a proactive and target\-driven **Collections Officer** to manage outstanding payment follow\-ups, customer communication, and recovery of pending dues. The ideal candidate should have experience in collections, excellent follow\-up skills, and the ability to maintain professional relationships while achieving collection targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Contact customers/clients regarding pending payments and outstanding balances. * Perform regular follow\-ups to ensure timely collection of dues. * Maintain updated records of payment status, collection activities, and customer communication. * Monitor overdue accounts and implement effective collection strategies. * Coordinate with internal departments for payment updates and account reconciliation. * Prepare collection reports and share progress updates with management. * Handle customer concerns related to payments professionally and efficiently. * Ensure collection targets and deadlines are achieved. **Requirements** * 2–5 years of experience as a **Collections Officer, Collections Executive, or similar role**. * Candidates with prior experience are preferred. * Strong communication, negotiation, and follow\-up skills. * Ability to handle customer interactions professionally. * Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting. * Target\-oriented with strong attention to detail. * Candidates currently on a sponsored visa will be preferred. * **Female candidates are encouraged to apply.** * Immediate joiners are an advantage.
