What We re Looking For
2 3 years of collections or recovery experience, preferably in digital banking or fintech.

Requirements
2 3 years of collections or recovery experience, preferably in digital banking or fintech. Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and debt collection best practices. Experience with collection agencies, digital tools, and performance reporting. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance empathy with commercial impact in customer conversations.
