Coil Packaging Operator

Role & responsibilities 1. Once coil received at compactor unit coil must be pressed properly till hydraulic pump pressure reached to set mark. 2. Applying of straps on the coil as per standard procedure for each type of coil. 3. Ensuring proper strapping of coil like: • Strap location • Tightness of the strap • lock sealing condition • Corrugated paper application under each strap and • Proper positioning & pasting of coil identification label. • Covering of coil top with plastic cover. 4. Wrapping of coil. MAKE SURE THAT BOTH THE ENDS WRAPPING FILM IS SEALED PROPERLY (Starting end with knot and finish end with cello tape) 5. Make sure that coil does not damage by any means during baking and movement operation. 6. Keeping workplace clean. Preferred candidate profile 5 years experience in same field
