Harvest Coffee is looking for a Production Roaster (2\+ year's experience) who is passionate about bringing their expertise to our exciting new roasting project. Candidate Requirements: Deep technical mastery of coffee roasting systems and proficiency in developing and refining complex roast profiles. Expertise in Loring is a big plus. Advanced sensory evaluation skills. Q Grader certification is a significant advantage for maintaining premium quality standards. Comprehensive understanding of green coffee paired with a meticulous approach to daily Quality Control and batch consistency. Collaborative mindset and a drive to work closely with the production team to push the boundaries of the coffee program.
