Branch Manager - Specialty Coffee Shop & Restaurant

**Position Overview** We are seeking a **highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager** to oversee daily operations for one of our specialty coffee shop and restaurant branches in Qatar. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, exceptional customer service standards, and the ability to manage a fast\-paced, multi‑location environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise all branch operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance. * Maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and store cleanliness. * Manage staff scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions. * Monitor inventory levels, oversee ordering, and ensure proper stock management. * Implement company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards across the branch. * Drive sales performance, meet KPIs, and execute marketing or promotional activities. * Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure positive guest experiences. * Coordinate with central management for reporting, operational updates, and strategic planning. * Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and adherence to food safety regulations. **Qualifications** * **Bachelor’s Degree** (required). * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in a supervisory or managerial role within F\&B, hospitality, or retail. * Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management skills. * Proven ability to manage operations, staff, and customer service in a busy environment. * Knowledge of specialty coffee operations is an advantage. * Ability to multitask, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure. * Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
