Cleaning Supervisor

Job Description Managing the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall upkeep of all areas within the building. This includes overseeing a team of cleaning staff, coordinating schedules, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across all building areas. Develop and manage cleaning schedules to optimize staff efficiency and coverage throughout the property. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock. Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure compliance with safety and sanitary regulations. Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints from tenants in a timely manner. Implement and enforce cleaning protocols and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Prepare reports on cleaning operations, including staff performance and maintenance needs, for management review. Requirements 3-5 Experience in same filed Diploma or higher Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
