Cleaning Operations Manager Dubai

We're launching a premium residential cleaning business in Dubai and are looking for an experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to help build the business from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants more than just a management role. We're looking for someone who can help shape our operations, recruit and train staff, maintain exceptional service standards, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Set up and manage the day-to-day cleaning operations. • Recruit, onboard and train cleaning staff. • Develop cleaning procedures and quality standards. • Schedule teams efficiently across Dubai. • Conduct quality inspections and resolve customer issues. • Ensure compliance with UAE labour, health and safety regulations. • Manage cleaning equipment and supplies. • Help develop operational processes as the business grows. • Minimum 3 years' experience managing a residential or commercial cleaning business in the UAE. • Strong knowledge of Dubai's cleaning industry. • Experience recruiting and managing cleaning teams. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Good organisational and scheduling abilities. • Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage). • Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
