Cleaning Supervisor

• Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure adherence to established standards and protocols, fostering a clean and safe environment. • Train, mentor, and evaluate cleaning staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and performance. • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention and implement corrective actions promptly. • Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels meet operational demands without excess. • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in cleaning management or safety preferred. • At least 3-5 years of experience in a cleaning supervisory role within a commercial or institutional environment. • Proven track record of successfully managing a team, demonstrating strong leadership and motivational abilities. • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures, with certifications in Hazardous Materials Management a plus. • Driving License issued in UAE.
