**Why We Need You** Cladding is the last thing people see and the first thing that shows if something's wrong. A misaligned panel, a bad joint, a scratched surface — it's visible to everyone, forever. We need someone on site who won't let that happen. **The Job, In Practice** You'll run the cladding crew for whichever material the project calls for — ACP, metal panels, stone cladding, or composite systems. Your day starts with checking what's planned for installation, making sure materials and tools are staged, and then walking the crew through execution while catching problems before they become rework. **Responsibilities** * Lead and manage the on\-site cladding installation crew across daily tasks * Set up daily work plans based on drawings, sequence, and material availability * Check panel/material condition on delivery — reject anything damaged before it reaches installation * Guide crew on correct bracket/sub\-structure fixing, panel alignment, and joint consistency * Track installation progress against the project schedule and flag slippage early * Manage scaffolding/access equipment coordination for cladding zones * Conduct first\-line quality checks before calling QC for formal inspection * Resolve on\-site fitting issues — clashes, tolerance mismatches, damaged units — without stopping the whole crew * Keep daily records of installed quantities, manpower, and any issues encountered * Ensure PPE compliance and safe working\-at\-height practices are followed without exception * Coach less experienced installers on technique and standard of finish expected **What Makes You Right for This** * 5\+ years working specifically in cladding installation (any material — ACP, metal, stone, composite) * At least 2 years in a foreman/team\-lead capacity, not just as an installer * Comfortable reading elevation drawings and cladding shop drawings without hand\-holding * A genuine eye for finish quality — you notice a 2mm misalignment without a level * Experience managing a crew of 8–20 workers on an active site * Working at Height certification, or equivalent hands\-on experience with scaffold/MEWP access **What We'd Love to See, But Won't Insist On** * Exposure to more than one cladding material type (versatility matters more than depth in one) * Prior experience on high\-rise or landmark commercial projects * Basic spoken Arabic for site coordination Work Location: In person
