ACP Cladding Foreman

**What is this role, exactly?** You'll lead the on\-site crew installing Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) on building exteriors — from receiving fabricated panels to final fixed, sealed, and inspected cladding. If you've run an ACP crew before, you already know this job; we're just formalizing what "good" looks like. **What will I be responsible for day\-to\-day?** * Reviewing the day's installation plan against elevation drawings and panel schedules * Inspecting incoming ACP panels for transport damage, correct size, and correct color/finish batch before installation * Directing the crew on sub\-frame/bracket installation and panel fixing sequence * Checking panel alignment, joint width consistency, and reveal lines as work progresses * Overseeing rivet/screw fixing or clip\-fix systems per the approved fixing detail * Managing sealant application at joints for weatherproofing * Coordinating scaffold/MEWP access scheduling for the crew * Flagging and isolating any damaged or defective panels before they get installed * Keeping daily records: panels installed, elevation/zone completed, manpower present, issues encountered * Escalating design or drawing discrepancies to the Site Engineer before proceeding **What technical knowledge do I need?** * Reading elevation drawings, panel layout drawings, and fixing details * Understanding ACP panel composition (core types, fire\-rated vs. standard) — enough to catch if the wrong panel type shows up on site * Familiarity with common fixing systems: rivet, screw, and concealed clip\-fix * Basic understanding of expansion/contraction joint requirements for ACP in outdoor conditions * Sealant types and correct application for weatherproof joints **What experience should I have?** * 4–8 years specifically in ACP installation (not general cladding — ACP specifically) * At least 2 years leading a crew, not just installing panels yourself * Track record supervising a team of 6–15 installers on live commercial or industrial sites * Working at Height certification or equivalent practical experience with scaffold/MEWP systems **What would make me stand out?** * Experience with large\-scale commercial or high\-rise ACP projects * Exposure to fire\-rated ACP systems and the added handling/installation care they require * Basic Arabic for coordinating with site supervisors and other trades **Location:** Saudi Arabia — In person, site\-based Work Location: In person
