Civil Site Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and proactive **Civil Site Supervisor** to oversee construction activities and ensure smooth execution of civil works on site. The candidate should have strong supervisory skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, foremen, and workers to achieve project goals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage daily site operations. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. * Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Monitor progress, prepare site reports, and highlight issues to management. * Resolve on\-site challenges and maintain efficiency. **Requirements:** * 5–8 years of proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor. * Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and site management. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
