Civil Engineer (Renewable Energy/Infrastructure) Duqm, Oman (15 months)

**Location:** Duqm, Sultanate of Oman **Mobilization:** January 2027 **Duration:** 15 months **Sector:** Renewable Energy / Infrastructure **About the Role** ------------------ SEGULA Technologies Middle East is seeking experienced **Civil Engineers** for site\-supervision assignments supporting major renewable energy developments in Duqm. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Supervise civil and structural construction works. * Monitor foundations for renewable\-energy and electrical infrastructure. * Supervise access\-road construction. * Monitor drainage and earthworks. * Supervise buildings and associated infrastructure. * Oversee **wind turbine foundations** where applicable. * Supervise civil works associated with **PV and BESS installations**. * Monitor substation civil works. * Review concrete works and construction quality. * Support geotechnical verification. * Conduct inspections and monitor compliance with drawings, specifications and approved methodologies. * Coordinate technical issues with contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * **Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.** * Strong civil/structural construction\-supervision experience. * Experience in infrastructure, power or renewable\-energy projects. * Strong experience with concrete works, foundations, roads and drainage. * Experience with renewable\-energy project civil works is highly desirable. * Previous GCC/Oman site experience is advantageous.
