As a Chiller Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the cooling systems that are vital to our operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on chiller systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot malfunctions, achieving a resolution rate of 95% on first attempts.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement preventive maintenance schedules, enhancing system longevity.
Identify and recommend improvements to existing cooling processes, contributing to energy efficiency initiatives.
Mentor junior technicians and share knowledge to foster a culture of learning and development within the team.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in chiller maintenance and repair.
Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of refrigeration principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
