Chiller Technician

HVAC \& CHILLER TECHNICIAN \- Immediate Joiner Key Responsibilities: \* Install, commission, service, and repair chillers (air/water\-cooled, screw/centrifugal), AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, split/package units, pumps and piping \* Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults \* Carry out PPM under AMC/service contracts \* Handle refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection per safety/environmental regs \* Lead and guide junior technicians on\-site \* Maintain service records, PPM reports, equipment history logs \* Support site surveys on HVAC condition/capacity assessments \* Respond to breakdown/emergency callouts Requirements: \* 8\+ years HVAC/chiller experience, including 1\-2 years in a lead/senior capacity \* Strong knowledge of chiller systems (Carrier, Trane, York, Daikin, or similar) \* Refrigerant handling experience; F\-Gas or equivalent certification preferred \* HVAC controls/BMS knowledge a plus \* Able to read mechanical/electrical drawings, troubleshoot independently \* Valid UAE driving license is Mandatory How to Apply: Send CV to / Whatsapp Pay: AED3,000\.00 \- AED6,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
