Chiller Technician - Air cooled

Required Experience and Technical Competencies * Hands\-on experience in the service, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and operation of air\-cooled chillers from multiple manufacturers. * Thorough knowledge of air\-cooled chiller systems, including refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and control components. * Strong understanding of chiller control systems and VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) panels, with the ability to diagnose and rectify faults. * Ability to interpret and troubleshoot alarms, fault codes, and error messages across different chiller brands. * Experience in diagnosing and resolving issues related to compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, fans, motors, expansion valves, sensors, and control devices. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams, control schematics, and technical manuals. * Experience in refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, and system performance analysis. * Familiarity with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance procedures. * Ability to independently identify the root cause of equipment failures and implement appropriate corrective actions. * Minimum 3 years of work experience in UAE.
