**CDP – Chef de Partie** **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) with strong QSR and F\&B experience to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate must be familiar with and specialized in Poori \& Karak\-style food preparation, high\-volume production, and fast\-paced restaurant operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and cook Poori, Karak, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards. * Manage assigned kitchen sections and ensure smooth food production during peak hours. * Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation. * Ensure fast and efficient preparation suitable for QSR operations. * Supervise and guide kitchen staff within the assigned section. * Monitor food preparation, ingredient quality, and stock requirements. * Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and food safety. * Ensure proper FIFO, food storage, and temperature control practices. * Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order preparation. * Follow company SOPs, food safety regulations, and operational standards. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a CDP, preferably in QSR, F\&B, or hospitality operations. * Strong hands\-on experience in high\-volume and fast\-paced kitchen environments. * Must be familiar with and specialized in Poori \& Karak preparation. * Good knowledge of QSR kitchen operations and food production standards. * Strong leadership and team coordination skills. * Ability to maintain quality and speed during busy operational periods. * Hardworking, disciplined, and able to work under pressure. * Immediate joiner is mandatory. * Locally available in Doha, Qatar is preferred.
