Responsibilities • Delivering safe, engaging, and structured group reformer and apparatus sessions. • Conducting private and semi-private assessments and creating personalized progression plans. • Providing hands-on adjustments, clear verbal cues, and exercise modifications for varying fitness levels and physical limitations. • Ensuring apparatus safety, checking spring tension, and maintaining studio equipment hygiene. • Cultivating a positive, welcoming studio community to support long-term client retention. Job requirements • STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor (Matwork & Reformer required; Cadillac/Tower, Chair, and Barrels preferred). • Minimum 1 2 years of active teaching experience in a studio setting. • Strong verbal cueing, tactile adjustment skills, and apparatus safety awareness. • Demonstrated ability to modify exercises for special populations, injuries, or postural imbalances. • Current CPR / First Aid certification. • Punctual, professional, and client-focused with excellent communication skills.
