**Cashier – COD \& Digital Payments** **Location :** Ardiya/Al\-Rai **Employment Type :** Full\-Time (Not less than 48 per week/6 days a week) **Experience :** Entry Level – 1–2 Years **About the Role** We are looking for a detail\-oriented and responsible Cashier to manage and reconcile Cash on Delivery (COD) and digital/online payments across our courier operations. The role will be responsible for reviewing daily shipment transactions, verifying that the correct payment has been collected against each shipment, reconciling cash and digital collections, and ensuring that all payment records are accurate and properly maintained. **Key Responsibilities** ·Receive, record, and account for Cash on Delivery (COD) collections received from couriers and delivery teams. · Reconcile daily COD cash collections and online/digital payments against the total shipments delivered. ·Review individual shipment transactions to ensure the correct payment amount has been collected against each shipme**nt**. · Identify and investigate discrepancies, shortages, overages, missed collections, duplicate payments, or incorrect entries. ·Maintain accurate daily cash and digital payment reconciliation reports. · Ensure all cash received is properly recorded, secured, and handed over in accordance with company procedures. ·Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment and shipment discrepancies. ·Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and within the required timelines. ·Follow company policies and internal controls relating to cash handling, payment collection, and financial reconciliation. **Requirements** · Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field · Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage. · Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel**.** · Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. · Good organizational and record\-keeping skills. · Good communication and coordination skills.
