Cashier - Immediate Hiring

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer\-focused **Cashier** to join our Food \& Beverage team. The Cashier will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Key Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. * Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately. * Issue receipts, refunds, and change as required. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently. * Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. * Maintain accurate records of transactions and report any discrepancies. * Assist customers with inquiries regarding menu items, promotions, and payments. * Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth order processing. * Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable cashier counter. * Follow company cash handling procedures and operational policies. * Support daily operational requirements as assigned. Requirements * Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Cashier, POS Operator, or in a similar role within restaurants, cafés, hotels, supermarkets, or retail establishments. * Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. * Basic computer skills and experience using POS systems. * Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
