Apply today!** **Job Title:** Barista cum Cashier (Bahraini Female Only) **Department:** Operations **Reporting To:** Branch Manager **Location:** Bahrain **Key Requirements \& Responsibilities** * Demonstrate in\-depth knowledge of classic and specialty coffee, latte art, teas, juices, smoothies, and current beverage trends. * Work effectively in a versatile Cashier \& Service Crew role, supporting both front\-of\-house service and cashier operations as required. * Attend and actively participate in all mandatory training sessions. * Follow established service standards, procedures, and operational guidelines at all times. * Prepare and present all beverages accurately, consistently, and efficiently in accordance with approved recipes and presentation standards. * Support effective inventory and cost control, including accurate stock handling and wastage recording. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and product quality throughout the work area. * Promptly report any stock shortages, equipment concerns, maintenance issues, or other operational matters to the relevant supervisor. * Maintain excellent grooming and personal hygiene standards at all times. * Demonstrate a friendly, attentive, polite, and helpful attitude towards customers and colleagues. **A Taste of Our Culture** Al Abraaj Restaurants Group is a Bahrain based Public Shareholding Company, widely recognised for its pioneering excellence in the F\&B sector since 1987\.
