*Position based in Fashion Boutique in The Galleria Mall, Abu Dhabi* ***CONTEXT \& ENVIRONMENT*** Reporting to the Operation Manager, you will be responsible for receiving the payments in compliance with the company procedures and guaranteeing secure transactions. **KEY PARTNERS** CHANEL Clients; Fashion Advisors; Sales Managers; Operations team; Legal team. **IN THIS METIER, WE ARE ENERGISED BY** * Ensure high level of client service by creating a unique experience for each client throughout the entire cashiering process. * Operationally manage all tasks linked to cashiering on the internal systems designed for the transactions. * Manage the Client information file by entering the information according to the procedures for the creation and editing of client accounts. * Ensure that the client accounts are managed properly, in particular by reconciling accounts and transactions. * Handle payments, refunds, exchange, and point\-of\-sale operations accurately through internal systems. * Preform opening and closing cash procedures, RFID tags sales deactivation, provide EOD reports to duty manager at the end of the day. * Strictly adhere to Anti\-Money Laundering procedures, conduct sanctions screening vigilantly, and submit reports to the Legal team. **HOW WE CREATE IMPACT?** * Delivering an excellent experience for every CHANEL client in collaboration with Fashion Advisors. * Ensuring accurate and timely cashiering, reconciliations, and reporting supporting smooth boutique operations. * Upholding CHANEL procedures and compliance requirements. **KEY COMPETENCIES \& REQUIREMENTS** * Experience as a Cashier in the Retail sector, preferably within a luxury environment. * Excellent organizational skills. * Computer proficiency. * Attention to details.
