Job description: We're Hiring – Carpenters & Spray Polishers We are looking for experienced Carpenters and Spray Polishers to join our team. We specialize in high-quality wooden fire rated doors, interior fit-out and wooden joinery works. Open Positions • Carpenter - 50 no's • Spray Polisher - 15 no's Requirements • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in wooden joinery. • Proven experience in the manufacturing and finishing of wooden fire rated doors, interior fit-out and wooden joinery works • Ability to read drawings and follow production specifications (for Carpenters). • Experience with PU, NC, and wood finishing systems (for Spray Polishers). • Knowledge of quality standards and safe working practices. • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. • Experience in a UAE joinery factory is preferred. Responsibilities Carpenter • Fabricate, assemble, and install wooden fire rated doors, interior fit-out and wooden joinery works • Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with fire-rated specifications. • Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely. Spray Polisher • Prepare surfaces and apply stain, sealer, primer, and top coats. • Produce high-quality finishes on wooden doors, frames, and joinery products. • Maintain consistent finish quality while meeting production schedules.
