Camp Boss

We are looking for an experienced Camp Boss to manage and supervise all camp operations in the UAE. The role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of the camp facilities, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and overseeing the welfare of all residents. • Manage daily operations of the camp, including accommodation, catering, housekeeping, and maintenance. • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained as per UAE municipality and labour regulations. • Supervise camp staff and ensure proper discipline among residents. • Maintain accurate records of occupancy, maintenance, and inventory. • Coordinate with HR/Admin for employee movement, room allocation, and transportation. • Monitor food quality, menu planning, and catering services. • Handle camp complaints and resolve issues promptly. • Ensure proper waste disposal, pest control, and sanitation activities. • Control camp expenses and ensure optimal use of resources. • Minimum 4–10 years of experience as a Camp Boss / Camp In-Charge in the UAE or GCC. • Experience managing large labour camps (300+ residents). • Hindi, English proficiency is a must; knowledge of Urdu/Arabic is an advantage. • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Health & Safety, and Municipality requirements. • Basic computer skills (MS Office). • Strong leadership and people management skills.
