Job description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Calypso implementations and enhancements. • Act as the functional SME for the Calypso platform across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office operations. • Configure and support Calypso modules based on business requirements. • Perform gap analysis and recommend functional solutions. • Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), process flows, and use cases. • Work closely with development teams during design, development, and testing phases. • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support defect resolution. • Support production issues, incident management, and root cause analysis. • Collaborate with traders, risk, finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless delivery. • Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and new product implementations. • Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are incorporated into system solutions. • Required Skills • Strong functional knowledge of the Calypso Trading Platform . • Experience with one or more asset classes: • Fixed Income • FX • Money Market • Derivatives • Equities • Securities • Understanding of the complete trade lifecycle: • Trade Capture • Confirmation • Settlement • Accounting • Payments • Reconciliation • Experience in Calypso configuration and workflow setup. • Knowledge of trade processing, pricing, valuation, and risk management. • Strong business analysis and documentation skills. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology. Preferred Technical Knowledge • SQL for data analysis and validation. • XML and APIs (preferred). • Basic knowledge of Java (preferred). • Experience with integration between Calypso and external systems. • Knowledge of market data interfaces and messaging (SWIFT/FIX is an advantage). Banking & Domain Experience • Investment Banking • Treasury • Capital Markets • Corporate Banking Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. • CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, or Calypso certifications are an added advantage. Preferred Experience • 5–10 years of Business Analysis/Product Analysis experience. • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Calypso platform. • Experience in banking or financial services environments. • Experience working on Calypso implementation, upgrade, migration, or support projects.
