Job description
We are looking for a Call Center Agent to call members and help them complete their registration or resolve outstanding items.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Make outbound calls to members.
* Follow the approved call script and FAQ.
* Help members complete their profile or resolve flagged items.
* Record the outcome of every call.
* Escalate questions outside the script.
**Qualifications**
* 1\+ year of call center/customer service experience
* Strong communication skills
* Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
* Good computer and data\-entry skills
* Able to follow scripts and procedures
Pay: QAR1\.00 \- QAR2\.00 per month
Experience:
* Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
Work Location: In person
