**Job Vacancy: Call Center Agent**
**Location:** Muscat, Oman
**Position:** Call Center Agent
**Job Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and follow up on requests.
* Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation.
* Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards.
* Ability to multi task.
**Requirements**
* Expat candidates preferred.
* Previous call center experience is mandatory.
* Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Malayalam.
* Efficient in MS Office applications.
* Good typing and data entry skills.
* Must be willing to work rotational shifts.
* Candidates available to join immediately will be given preference.
