Cafe Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Café Manager to oversee daily café operations, manage staff, maintain service standards, ensure customer satisfaction, and support smooth business operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage day\-to\-day café operations and ensure smooth workflow. * Supervise, train, and coordinate café staff. * Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance. * Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally. * Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation. * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. * Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and ordering requirements. * Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely availability of required items. * Monitor cash handling and daily sales reports. * Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the café. * Ensure staff follow company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures. * Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance management. **Requirements** * Previous experience as a Café Manager, Restaurant Manager, or F\&B Supervisor. * Experience in café/restaurant operations is preferred. * Good leadership and team\-management skills. * Good communication and customer\-service skills. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment. * **Valid Food Handling Certificate – MANDATORY.** * Relevant F\&B/food safety certification is an advantage.
