CadCam Dental Technician

Minimum Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Dental CAD/CAM • Advanced user of Exocad • Strong knowledge of: • Aesthetic smile design • Functional design and occlusion • Full-mouth rehabilitation • Implant restorations • All-on-X digital workflows • Experience with surgical guide planning • Proficiency in Blender for advanced design and mesh manipulation • Experience operating: • Imes-Icore Motion 3 milling machine • Imes-Icore Motion 2 milling machine • 3D Printers ( Nextdent, SprintRay, Elego, HeyGears) • Knowledge of Zirconia presintering treatment and sintering programs • Knowledge of Cerec Emax milling machine • Experience with 3D printing technologies, calibration, maintenance, and production workflows • Ability to communicate directly with dentists regarding treatment planning and case design
