CAD Architect

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings • Develop 2D and 3D CAD models using AutoCAD and related software • Interpret architectural sketches, concept designs, and BOQs • Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and site teams for design accuracy • Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, authority standards, and codes • Revise drawings based on client/consultant comments • Support fit-out, interior, and joinery detailing works • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) • Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / BIM tools (preferred) • Strong understanding of architectural detailing & construction methods • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications • Knowledge of UAE construction / fit-out standards (advantage)
