BIM Computational Engineer Facade

• Develop and implement parametric facade design strategies using scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#) and BIM software to optimize performance and aesthetics. • Automate repetitive modeling tasks and data extraction processes within the BIM environment to enhance project efficiency and accuracy. • Collaborate with architects and facade engineers to translate complex design concepts into buildable and performant facade systems. • Perform advanced analysis and simulation of facade elements, including thermal, solar, structural, and daylighting performance, using computational tools. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computational Design, or a related field. • Proven experience in computational design and BIM, with a strong portfolio showcasing facade projects. • Expertise in parametric modeling software (e.g., Grasshopper, Dynamo) and scripting languages (Python, C#). • Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD) with a focus on facade modeling and data management.
