Butler Supervisor

You will be responsible for supervising the Butler team to ensure the highest standards of personalized guest service, luxury hospitality, and guest satisfaction. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate guest requests, and ensure that all services are delivered professionally and in line with SUNRISE Resorts & Cruises standards. Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Butler team. • Ensure personalized and attentive service for VIP guests and other assigned guests. • Monitor guest preferences, special requests, and service arrangements to ensure a seamless guest experience. • Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally. • Train, guide, and motivate Butler team members to maintain high service standards. • Monitor team performance, grooming, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures. • Ensure guest privacy, confidentiality, and professional etiquette at all times. Requirements • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent • Experience: 1 3 years • Minimum 3 years of experience in Butler Services, VIP Guest Relations, or personalized guest services. • Professional training or certification in Butler Services or Luxury Guest Experience is preferred. • Previous experience in a five-star hotel or international hospitality brand. • Excellent command of English, additional languages are an advantage. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Excellent leadership, team supervision, and staff development skills. • Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and Butler service etiquette. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Excellent guest complaint handling and service recovery skills. • High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence. • Ability to maintain guest confidentiality, privacy, and discretion. • Good knowledge of VIP guest handling, special occasions, and personalized guest arrangements. • Ability to train, coach, and motivate team members. • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards. • Strong cultural awareness and the ability to serve guests from diverse backgrounds.
