Together, we Make the Place. **THE TEAM** ------------ As part of the Butler team, you will play a key role in delivering Rosewood’s signature luxury service and creating highly personalized experiences for our guests. Reporting to the Butler Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food \& Beverage, Concierge, and other operational departments to ensure every guest journey is seamless, intuitive, and memorable. **YOUR ROLE** ------------- As a Butler, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned guests, anticipating their needs and providing discreet, personalized service throughout their stay. You will act as the bridge between the guest and the hotel, ensuring requests are fulfilled with exceptional attention to detail and genuine care.
