The Butler will anticipate as well as collect all data pertaining to guest preference and needs throughout their stay. The butler will ensure the suite is prepared and ready as per guest requirements prior to arrival as well as greet the guest at the Porte Cochere, extending a warm and personalized welcome and escort the guest directly to the suite. The butler will carry out in room check in and attend to guest luggage and belongings as per guest preference. The butler will handle and prepare guest dry cleaning or laundry a well as prepare guest agenda or schedule including reservations, activities and other and communicate to other departments accordingly. You have a bachelor s degree in Hospitality management or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of butler experience and strong team playing skills, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, a positive attitude, with a strong command of English, being a strategic thinker with a creative flair.
